Norman P. Tassin, 58, of Downsville, La., passed away on February 11, 2021. Funeral services will be held Monday, February 22, 2021 at Farrar Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at 2:00 p.m. in Rayville, La. at the Northeast Louisiana Veteran’s Cemetery under the direction of Farrar Funeral Home of Farmerville. Visitation will be held Sunday, February 21, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. ~ 6:00 p.m. at Farrar Funeral Home Chapel.
