Little Effie, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Rugg, was born February 16, 1897 and died February 5, 1899. She was a sweet child, loved by everybody; but God so loved it that He took it out of its mother’s arms and placed it in the arms of Jesus. Don’t grieve, dear parents, Little Effie is walking the golden streets, waiting – yes, waiting for you. We must strive to meet her on the other shore, where sorrow and trouble come no more.
