A bright and shining light has been dimmed in the passing of Mrs. Charlotte Ann Tubbs Johnston of Downsville, LA on Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2016. Charlotte was a valiant cancer survivor, but her hardest fought battle was with dementia.
Charlotte was born on April 23, 1947 to Troy and Dorothy Tubbs of the Conway Community. She was a wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, and daughter and her family was her proudest accomplishment.
