Funeral services for Amanda “Taco” Hernandez, 31, of Marion, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, June 22, 2014 at the Farrar Funeral Home Chapel in Farmerville with Bro. John Saunders officiating. Interment will be in the Jolley Cemetery near Haynesville under the direction of Farrar Funeral Home.
Amanda, a lifelong resident of Union Parish, passed away June 18, 2014. She was a funny and loving daughter, sister, mother and friend, who never met a stranger.
She is preceded in death by her father, Mario Hernandez and grandmother, Lucille Bishop.
Left to cherish her memory is her mother, Earnestine Bishop Hernandez of Marion; step-father, Fortino Camacho; one son, Fisher Hernandez of Marion; two daughters, Madison Smith of Farmerville and Paislee Evans of Haynesville; four brothers, Joey Hammond, Jamie Hammond, Kevin Hammond and Timothy Hammond, all of Columbia, Mississippi; three sisters, Sarah Cranford of Fort Mitchell, Alabama, Wendy Reid of Columbia, Mississippi and Cindy Lopez of Dallas, Texas; very, very special friend (sister) Sheca Haulcey; special niece, Autumn Hammond, as well as several other nieces and nephews; and numerous other family and friends.
Visitation will be Saturday from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
