Funeral services for Earlene Taylor, 79, of Marion will be 10:00am Monday, November 26, 2012 at Farrar Funeral Home, Farmerville with Bro. Charley Smith and Mike Duty officiating. Burial will follow in Harper Springs Cemetery, Huttig, Ark. Arrangements are under the direction of Farrar Funeral Home.

 

Mrs. Taylor, a homemaker, died November 23, 2012. She was a member of Marion Assembly of God and enjoyed spending time with her kids, grandkids and special friend, Reba Manning. She taught Sunday School and enjoyed children.

She is preceded in death by her husband, James I. Taylor; son: Michael Whisenant; and granddaughter: Heather Nicole McCarty.

Survivors are her 3 daughters; Sheila & Todd Bacon, Charlotte, N.C., Rebecca & Kevin Armstrong, Marion and Lori & Nicky Dodd, Farmerville; son-in-law: James L. Wooten, Strong, Ark.; 2 brothers: Leroy & Willie Earl Russ and Wesley & Polly Russ, all of Swartz; sister: Betty & Larry Riley, Winnsboro; 7 grandchildren: Jamie Wooten, Kimberly Wooten, Michelle Groshong, Victoria Armstrong, Little Johnny Spencer, Angel Miller and Christopher Dodd; 5 great-grandchildren; Davec Flournoy, Zillia Wooten, Damian McCarty, Cody McCarty & Rae Lynn Miller.

Pallbearers are Jamie Wooten, Stacey Caldwell, Mike Duty, Kenny Aulds, Martin Kelly & Terry McLemore.

Visitation is 5-8PM Sunday, Nov. 25th at Farrar Funeral Home.
